Warmwater Fishing

Can anyone give some tips or point me in the right direction for a little research on striper fishing on Clarks Hill and the Savanah River around Augusta. I will be there the last week of this month.

The New Savannah Bluff dam. From Atlanta, take I-20 East. Go south on I-520 at Augusta. Go 10 miles to the Highway 56 (Bush Airport) exit. Go 1 mile to Lock and Dam Road. Turn left and go 2 miles to the park. Catch some blue back herring for bait by the lock on sabaki rigs or small jigs (sometimes they are there and sometimes not).
