Well, as I posted Sunday, there is a small stream in Murray County that is fishing just fine.

Sure, my dad was born in a little house not too far from this stream and he grew up hunting and fishing the area. When I was younger he and I coon hunted several nights a week with uncles and cousins this general area and the coons would of course chase to the tallest tree on top of the tallest ridge.

I had actually forgotten about this little pristine creek until last year when the wifey and I were looking over maps, searching for some out-of-the-way, but not too far too hike to streams, when we spotted this one and decided to check it out. In two seasons of fishing we have yet to see another angler. From looking at the map it appears we have several more miles of untouched wild trout water to explore over the next several years,
God willing.

And as Forest Gump would say, "That's about all I have to say about that..."

I'm glad that you two have found a spot of your own, as well!

Unfortuntely, no, but the the water looks good enough if only the wild 'bow population wasn't so good.

Josh, I've got some pics, but just haven't had a chance to downsize and upload them yet.

a small not too terribly out of the way creek up that way the other day ..... sure does sound like one of three places which i dont wantto name on here out of kindness to the fish
