Alaska Fishing Report

A week in Alaska provided numerous Silver Salmon, 30 inch rainbows, some Dolly Varden, the Northern Lights every night, and some brown bears closing to within about 20 yards on a river trail. What a trip!

A group of my friends are leaving soon for their annual Alaskan excursion. They take a two week trip to Kodiak Island (land of the BIG bears!). They camp on one end of Frasier Lake and fish up and down it, as well as throughout the Dog Salmon River.
