I'm donating 2 rod builds for the fling if you can hold off till then. Cost of parts minus glue and thread, Includes a custom rod sock. plus whatever you bid on the certificate. So it'll cost what you want. And It's it's for a good cause. ;)

I am teaching at the Advance-a-Rama for Boy Scouts in Athens and then heading to Lawrencville, actually to the fling area, for the TU Banquet.

Wish I could make it fellas, but had prior engagements.

I don't think that Pac Bay makes a one weight. I looked around on their site and all I can find is a two weight. What kind of length and action do you want? Number of sections? I may be able to put something together for you, but it would be January or so before I could finish it.

I am not too particular; I just don't want to spend over $125. This will be a back up 1-2 weight. BTW, I'm okay with a two weight, as long as it is shorter than 6'. I may settle for something longer, but only up to 6.5 feet.

Josh, Kootenai Custom Rods should be able to build a 5' or 6'6" 2wt with aluminum reel seat & chrome guides for around 125.00. I guess it depends on what bells & whistles you might want with it. Obviously, burl wood insert, nickel silver reel seat, and flor grade cork add to the price pretty fast. Call me if you want more info. 770-363-4830
