I must have kicked a briar patch the last time I wore my waders. After I realized I had a wet left foot I turned them inside-out and filled the left side with water. Dozens of tiny bubbles appeared in the shin area.

I've patched larger leaks with the patch kit, but I was wondering if there is a more efficient way to plug theses tiny leaks in a 5" X 5" area? Can I just spread the cement in this area, or do I need to get a large patch, or am I destined to have a wet foot until a get a new pair of waders?

thanks

Aqua seal, or seam grip. they are the same thing, the only difference is that the aqua seal is a thicker formula. Assuming that you have found all the holes and they are in close proximity, turn the waders inside out, place them on a hard flat suface. Brush on a thin but even coat of aqua seal or seam grip. Place wax paper against the repaired area (waxed side against waders), and then place a flat heavy weight on the wax paper & waders. A couple of big phone books should do. Wait at least 12 hours for it to cure. Then remove the wax paper and apply a thin coat of talcum powder on the repaired area. The patched area is now stronger than the original fabric, and completley water proof. Call me if you need further assistance. 770-363-4830
