Hey guys my brother and I are headed up to dukes creek in the morning and I was wondering which sections have been fishing well lately...thanks guys

I'll let you know after I've fished it tomorrow...lol I'll be there in the morning with a friend. If someone wants to come up there I have an extra slot if anyone wants it.. In fact we'll be leaving around 1 if someone wants to fish in the afternoon.. But if you want to get there early, let me know. Thanks again DO7 for the slots. with section 1 but I firmly believe that the biggest trout are on sections 4 and 3. I tell you what I always do:

I get there bright and early and go ahead and get geared up. Once they open, I go ahead and check in. While everyone else is getting dressed and waiting forthe bus that takes you downstream at 8, I walk over to the spillway at the edge of the road and I always catch one there on just a few casts. Then I walk back to the parking lot and catch the shuttle to section 4 and fish up.

Have fun...Brandon and Skibum have my spots so I'm going to go to Mossy's house and do a little logging and fishing!! ;)

You need to have your car fingerprinted and have the person hung up by his testy's.. Never ever do that on a black car!!!!! He just scratched the crap out of your paint.. Window messages are ok ;)

I'd rather push a Ford than Drive a Chevy!!!....lol Course now I'm a Teeeeyota 4x4 man, but my heart still rests with my old Ponycar and my heart bleeds BLUE :D

is what everyone tells me and after Wed, I believe it. I didn't have much luck downstream though I agree with D07 about the bigger fish being there. If you look back at my post from Wed that brown was caught in the middle of sec 4.

As far as flies go, I could only get strikes on pink SJW's and a peach colored egg fly (hooked a big bow on one of the eggs that got loose).

Even the brown was caught on the wobblerhead pink as you can plainly see in the pic so it looks like something colorful is the way to go.

I'll be there in the morning as well. Just look for the Chinese guy with the gold Honda Accord. I doubt there will be too many of them up there. LOL

BTW... I've owned Chevy's and Fords. I don't mind American cars and trucks. I have a 1953 5-window Stepside Chevy waiting for a frame up restoration. But for good gas mileage and 200,000 miles with no major problems... I have to stick with Toyota, Nissan, and Honda :)

DO7, I now have 2 slots for tomorrow. Friends wifey just axed his fishing time for tomorrow, so he cant go. I'll be heading up tomorrow solo with 2 slots to cancel. But i'm sure you'll be doing fine on Mossy's water.. Just let me know, or anyone else who's got a hall pass for tomorrow.. I'll be fishing section 1 so I can head home when I need.. Unless the fishing is just too good. I'll bite the bullet on that one later...lol

Nice seeing everyone out on Christmas Eve fishing :) How did ya'll do after I left??

Caught 3 on section 3 12"-19" All bows.. Left a few sample in the tree's for those taller than me ;) Will be back up there Feb 11.. That date is wide open, and we have plenty of people here fishing Dukes.. Come on and lets fill it up with an NGTO DAY :D
