Fished the 12/27 and 28th on Abrams and Tremont. Water was cold, 40 F. Had a few hook-ups on Abrams with a #20 red midges, none to hand. No hits on the Little River, unless you count the rock I was hit with by a kid "shipping rocks".

I'm going to the park in April with a bunch of guys from Pennsylvania... we're staying in some lodge. Really, it's a reason for me to buy an expensive bottle of irish whiskey and hide from my girl friend for four days... and, of course, catch some trout..

Do you go there often... or should i say... more than once?

I found a hatch chart and started tying some 'thunderheads'... why do they seem so much like an Adams? anything else i should tie?

Just looking for some tips to make my trip a little better...

Thanks...
