hey guys I was wondering if anyone has been by smiths in the past day or so...I'm just wondering what the water level is like after the rain came thru...didn't know if helen got a lot of rain or not. Just wanted to know before I made the drive...thanks

You won't have any problems with Smith and the water level after a rain. It might be a little off color but that would be good for you.

I agree with Russ. Smiths is a small rocky stream that never seems to be in too bad shape in after the roughest rain. In general, it fished best when its up a bit and a little stained, my best days on the creek have come when the water conditions were far from "optimal"
