Snowing in Ellijay !

Looks like its going to be a white Monday, its snowing big snow flakes, looks like snowing in Aspen, I'll take pictures after while.

Snowing in Hall Co. too (but 36 degrees)... nice plump flakes... falling gracefully.

Update: the snow quickly changed to sleet then sleet/rain mix... now falling is rain/sleet/snow mix (all at the same time... wierd).

My kids in 2nd block were going nuts about the huge snowballs coming down so I let them step outside for 1 minute.

So then they're all excited about getting to go home early and play in the snow, and I try to tell them that even though the ground is almost covered it'll all be gone by 3:15.

And wouldn't you know it, about an hour later at the end of 2nd block they all walked out into the pouring rain to see not the first trace of snow or ice on the ground!

Serves 'em right, the little miscreants!
