Just wanted to apologize for the previous thread. It really got out of control and i said some things on the spur of the moment that I really didnt mean and wish I hadnt said. Sorry to anyone who had to read that, I know thats not the reason for the board and really not something that should be publically broadcast. Also wanted to apologize to any of you spin guys out there who felt like i was attacking you. I looked back over my posts and they looked pretty harsh, i think its one of those instances where the overall tone of the comment was different in writing than it would have been in person during a conversation. For the record, i have no problem at all with spin fisherman, just because i choose to fly fish doesnt mean i expect everyone too. Just wanted to clear some things up and apologize to anyone i upset or insulted. Hope everyone is having fun catching fish this weekend, check out my post from Ami. Lets hear how everyone else did on the other great waters throughout the state!!!

Perhaps in the future we can have a more civil discussion on the topic. I would look forward to that. I am and aways have been very concerned about post catch mortality particularily in regards to soft plastic baits.
