I had the oppurtunity to fish a private section of the Toccoa headwaters with a buddy who owns some property up there. Caddis were on the water all day long, yet only saw a sporadic rise a few times all day. Water temp was cooler than I expected at 42. I fished black stone flies with a variety of droppers, with the best being a Y2K. Fished from 10-5 and landed 7 fish between 15-19 inches, and had 2 other fish in that size range break me off. My friend did about the same, and got his on a lighting bug with a zug bug dropper. Didn't hook a single fish under 15 inches, and all strong and beautifully colored. We had his nephew with us as well, and after having a tough day, managed 2 pretty fish just as we were heading out. One of which was a brown...which they dont stock in there. Here's a few pics from the day.
