It's caddis time on the DH folks. I've been waiting for a day like I had on Saturday all year. I lost count of how many fish I caught, and big strong ones at that. Most of the fish I caught were browns in the 12 to 16 inch range, and one of them was in the 18" to 20" range. The water was so clear I actually sight fished for some of the larger ones I caught. It was almost too easy. Of course, we need days like that every once in a while to make up for those hard 1 fish days.
I'd like to personally thank the DNR for the efforts they make in giving us this wonderful fishing opportunity close to home on the hooch, and for providing us with the DH regs. It is a real treat.
