I'm heading up to Townsend, TN the first week of May and was looking for a suggestion on some water to fish that is semi-secluded. I'm not asking for a secret brookie hole, just a spot that is out of the way, and on the townsend side of the park. I figure the opening of the blue line streams will probably draw alot of people up in the mountains.

I'd suggest that you park your car at any trailhead along Little River or it's tribs and walk 30 minutes before fishing. That should get you away from 90% of the folks. Make sure you take a look at Don Kirk's book before doing so.
You can hike to Abram's Falls on Abram's Creek and fish back toward the parking lot. Fish early and late in the day while others are eating.

Thanks alot man. Good info...I recently bought and read the Jimmy Jacobs book, and loved it. I've been looking for some reading on the Smoky's and i'll check those out.
