Jackson River, VA

I'm headed up to Warm Springs, VA in about a week for some fishing on the Jackson River and any other good surrounding waters for trout and smallmouth. I'm sure someone on this board has fished this area. Any suggestions you can pass along would be much appreciated.

Not sure where the Jackson Is? If its anywhere near Charlottesville I highly recomend Mossy Creek. I can email specifics if we are talkin the same area?

Looks like it's about an hour and a half west of Charlottesville.

Mossy would be right in between you and Cville!

If you have a Virginia Gazetteer you will follow 39 east to 42 northeast will take you that direction. about an hour away at best.
