Bigt,
I floated that stretch of river a couple of weeks ago and am going to float it again this Fri and Sat. I was in my canoe and it was a bumpy ride in many places. The water is really low. We had a good day, catching 32 bows and one brown using a variety of flies. The only dry that seemed to work was an EHC #18, but just about any nymph we put on seemed to work. We used princes, wooly buggers, san juans, etc. See you on the river!

soft hackle pheasant tails with a copper bead along with hares ears are what we are seeing a the best producer if the fish are not on top. You also need some tan Caddis, sulphurs, and cahills in your box. There has been several big blue wing olive hatches in the last week too. Olive woolley buggers are still very productive in the deeper pools. Good Luck!
