Is anyone else experiencing trout taking dry flies this week ? and if so, what are they taking, yesterday I had a gray/brown strike indicator on with my Y2k, and a big rainbow grabbed my strike indicator, dummy me instinct said, set hook !
So, anyone else taking many trout on top water?

Mossy,
While I was at your place, I had a few of the smaller trout take a size 14 griffith gnat. It is tied with peacock herl and grizzly hackle, so it has a greyish-green color to it (sounds similar to the color of your strike indicator). You might also tie on a good old Adams or maybe a Blue Wing Olive to see if that will get them to bite.
