Float Trip idea

How do you guys feel about a float trip? float tube and or pontoon? I have never flyfished while tube floating before.
There is a place down river from me on the Cartecay that hasnt been fished much, I spoke to a friend that went down this part of the river in a kayak and they said trout were everywhere. There is an easy place to put in and take out, should take about 3 hrs..Theres plenty of water for quite abit of people to do this.
The DNR stocks where we would be starting at.
Anyone interested?

I have been trying to get someone to go floating and no one wants to go !
I think no one likes me and it looks like I have all this good fishing all to myself :D

Speaking of that PM me some dates that work for next week or the week after. Kitchen passes are tough right now for the weekends.

I'll give it a go too. I have a pon-tube float that is still new, never been in the water. Let me know when as far in advance as you can and I will make the drive up.

If I can work it out at home and/or work I'd like to float it with you. I've got a pontoon float and a tube. If I can make it someone can use the tube.

Well, both this weekend and next are shot for me. My oldest is graduating from high school tomorrow evening and next weekend I will be up on the Chatooga hiking and fishing with some old Navy buddies.

You are probably just going to have to pick a date or two that work for you and if folks can't make it, then they just can't make it.

Dang, wish I could be there. But all is not bad; I will be on the Chatooga with a few of my old Navy buds next weekend. We have an annual reunion camping trip and I am in charge of guiding them in and out (they are a couple of tender foot flat-landers from South Florida!).
