6:15 am surgury, 10:00 am one bad tooth gone and antsy to do something.i felt alright , a little numb, but had my wits about me. the bottle stated not to operate heavy machinery so i left the tractor at home and jumped in the truck. going to noontootla. made it to the ranger camp all is good. or feeling good. heading up forest road 77 about 5 min later things were not looking familier. drove for awhile and saw a squrell leaning against a tree, so i asked him for some help, because i think im lost. he said i was on lala land road, asked me for a light and pointed me in the right direction. i lit his cigar thanked him and made it back to 77. soon i was at noontootla or so i thought. got suited up and headed for the creek. in about 2 min i noticed that the rocks were alot more slippery than usual, the holes were deeper, and i cant tie a cinch knot.finally i get a fly tied on . and a force from out of the earth turns all the foilage into magnents, somehow forceing all my flies that i can barelly tie on to stick and wrap around all plant life. after about 30 mins i give up . so i packed up and head out . i realized that fishing vicodin creek is for someone with far greater fly fishing skills then i had.

While I found your post humorous in one sense, I felt compelled to advise that perhaps you don't go off on anymore intoxicated fishing adventures. Or at least go somewhere that there'll be someone else nearby to bail you out if you lose your footing....

My dentist likes me to take halcyon whenever I have any major work done. I would hate to see what kind of wind knots I could manage on that stuff.

The fishing on Beer Creek is pretty good though. Sometimes has some slippery rocks, but overall a real good time.

doesn't really work that well, Some local guy named Jack is pretty much totally uncooperative, and just tries to make things difficult. I tried it, but wouldn't advise it (well, if you want to tie some nice bugs I wouldn't).

I saw that squirrel on Saturday while I was at the Toot. He was smoking something other than a cigar though. ;)
