Theft at HWY28

Does anyone at Unicoi know whether or not cars are still being broken into at highway 28?

We haven't received any further reports after the initial rash of about 4, all with the same MO. Our advice is still to carry only the gear you will need to fish with, no extra rods, reels, etc. If you don't have a trunk to put things in, leave your rod tube visible and open so they can see it is empty. Hopefully, that was a terrible aberration and not a trend.

I think it's an NGTO insider doing it, otherwise there's no reason the breakins would have suddenly stopped like that. People on here started talking about Rabun Justice and the breakins suddenly stopped.
