In planning a fishing trip and checking on moon phases, I noticed that the TU calendar for February showed the last day being the 31st on a Saturday with March 1st beginning on a Thursday. Unless the time continum is really wacked out and TU was clued in, I would not plan any activities on Feb. 29 - 31.
