I'm headed up to Martha's Vinyard for a week in late May. Here's what I've done so far...
Deep Clouser:

I'm thinking that I used too much material on the clouser. Comments?

They look good bama. The Clouser appears to have about 3 layers on top. One or two with the Krystal Flash overlay wud prob be better. I usually do just one layer with the KF on top. Mainly cuz Lefty says keep them sparse and sometimes he even recommends leaving off the lower wing.
Very nice flies. They'll catch fish.
Everybody ties `em differently.
Here's some personally tied by Bob - he's pretty sparse, but also notice how far back he puts the eyes. Also note that they all have flashtails. (http://flyfishga.com/flashtail.htm)

On the Puglisi, I tie them quite a bit sparser (transluscent is good). But I might like a few more full length fibers right in the middle, either tied on last or maybe right behind the eyes before the crystal flash. Those long fibers there kinda give a kicking tail effect. But then I tie mine with stick-on eyes, so it's easier to do the long fibers as last step.
The other fly I'm really liking lately is Popovic's hollow-fleye. Very cool, very sparse but with big profile. Sinks fast, casts easy. Of course, great with a flashtail.

kent that one on the bottom looks really productive and nice
that 5" clouser tied by kent looks good for the vineyard. adding some chartruse or blue or black on the top half would help as the typical baitfish this time of year is blue back herring. p'nut bunker are a late season(late august-october) baitfish. look on line for half & halfs. there are some flats both at and near the vineyard so you may want to tie up some sand eels-5" thin profile tan and white clousers 1/0-3/0 hooks. actually, the flats action should be on fire in late may. there is a late may clave in monomy, just across from the vineyard, which is sponsored by the flyfishingforum.com. the people are very friendly and would enjoy having you along. a great opporttunity to meet striper anglers on their home waters and learn the ropes.
The flies in the photo I posted were all tied by Bob Clouser himself, not me.

Cool, Bob changed his last name to a FLY? Wow, now that's dedication!!!
Luke, I think to prove that you are worthy, you need to follow suit. Luke Bugger, it has a nice ring, don't you think? :rotfl:

I'd fish'em.
Look like good flies to me. Maybe a few color variations and you should find the stripers you seek.

Here's the pattern I followed for the Puglisi. I just found the site the other day, but it looks like it has a lot of info.
