I've been wondering this for a while. Is there enough water for a pontoon?? I've seen many canoes and kayaks go through when I was fishing up there last year. I think it would be a pretty good way to get to the less fished areas, a float from Steele Bridge to 53... Any info??? I know there are some fairly big sections of white water below 53, but don't know much about above the 53 Bridge.
What do you guys think??

I saw some guys with float tubes last year and they said it was an all day float. The water was a lot higher then. Based on what I saw on last Sunday, it is probably out of the question with current water levels.

There are some nice sections that look like a nice float, but then there are the shallow parts you would have to walk through. I have not been up there recently, and GB has so I am sure his report on low levels is correct.
