This is a big beefy WB and one I caught a real nice size trout on just slow strip and drift. Named by Terry Creech.

Hook: Streamer size 8-10
Head:Small Brass CH
Tail: Black Marabou & Flash
Thread:8/0 black or Navy Blue
Body: Med. Purple Chenille w/Sparkle
Legs: White stretch cord from craft shop
Hackle: Purple or Black

Steps:
1. Press down barb and put on brass small cone head
2. Wrap lead on shank
3. Start thread and run the length of the hook locking down lead and finish at the bend.
4. Tie in black Marabou and flashabou or strips of silver tinsel as tail.
5. Tie in hackle.
6. Tie in purple chenille and wrap thread to head.
7. Wrap Chenille to head and tie off.
8. Cut two 8" pieces of stretch cord and fold in half. Then tie onto each side of body. About mid way create another loop on each side of body, tie in and then again toward tail. See picture below

9. Palmer hackle forward working your way around stretch cord loops and tie in behind head and whip finish.
10. Head cement if you wish.
