Can anyone post any info on this fly and perhaps a picture? I just heard of it and can't find anything about it on the web.
Thanks,

I don’t have a photo, but it’s my go-to fly on the Hooch and elsewhere.
Standard nymph hook (I almost always tie it in #16)
Olive thread
Copper wire rib
Peacock color Ice Dub body (At least that’s what I’ve been using lately)
Light dun soft hackle (I’ve been using hen)
It’s just a basic soft hackle, with nothing innovative or original about it, but for some reason some of my AFFC buds decided to call it the “Uncle Miltie”;) I’ve seen other names for pretty much the same fly. I used to tie it with actual peacock and a strip of flash up the back, but laziness won out.
I usually fish it as a dropper on a dead drift.

Thanks for clearing the mystery up. AFFC is where I heard about it and sounds like a very successful fly.
