Note: Tie in the ultra wire in the first third of the shank leaving room for the soft hackle later, wrap the wire towards the hook bend, then wrap the wire as ribbing back towards the eye.

Nice tie. I like the use of the copper wire as a counter rib, as it will add more flash (reflected light) to the fly.
