yeah its a year round stream but honestly id go somewhere on the chatahoochee. stamp gets a good bit of fish during the spring and early summer but the locals clean the place out within a couple of days (if you go, hike up the road about a mile and a half as thats probably going to be your best bet). the dh is open right now and in a couple of weeks should be providing some good bug activity in the form of caddis. and usually some bwo and midges come off late afternoon if it is sunny.

hope this helps

Pigs huh?
I've seen plenty of deer, turkey and even bear tracks and scat in the stretch by the berry bushes. Never pigs though. I'll have to scout that one out.

there sure is. there is lots of rooting and mud rubs. some wallows. i have only seen 2 so far. but both weight between 150-200 pounds. they were jet black. any help on finding where they go there would be greatly appreciated. or any other info.

Check around little Pine log mountain at the backside of the clearcut to the right, I saw a ton on the backside of the mountain and a lot of sign on top.
