I have a reservation to fish Dukes this Saturday. What do you think all of this rain will do to the water quality/fishing. Is it even worth trying to fish? Thanks

Dukes + Rain = Awesome!
If the water is stained or even muddy, that's the best time to fish there. Take your big, flashy woolly buggers (black or olive), hot pink San Juan Worms and enough split shot to sink them.
Also, don't just fish the good-looking runs you would usually target -- the big fish feel safe in dirty water, so they'll come into more open areas for forage.
