i realized the tail is messed up on this example so i have noted it for future tying

hook: size 12-18 mustad (shown size 12)
thread: olive 8/0
tail: olive dyed grizzly fibers
body: stripped peacock herl stem with a little still left on it (colored light green with a sharpie)
wing: white poly yarn
hackle: olive dyed grizzly
