well today was a little different. I went fishing today with Bronson01 Today. We were gonna hit the Toccoa River DH but that turned out to be muddy and high. Then we were gonna hit Curtis Switch but relized that we had lost an hour earlier today due to the time change. plus we drove by Tamen Park on the tailwater and there were probably 10 people just in one short stretch. (couldn't imagine the # at CS.) So we swung by Bronson's grandparents that raise trout for the grocery stores. After some talking we decided to go up and fish the little feeder creek that feeds the trout ponds (which were really cool to watch around feeding time). Bronson said he's caught a couple of descent sized rainbows from the creek (likely escapees from the ponds) when he was younger but also caught about an 8 inch brookie way back when too. so we hiked up it a little ways and fished a couple of nice looking little holes but heavily vegitated

MAN I LOVE BOW N' ARROW CASTING WITH A NINE FT. ROD!

still i managed to catch one little wild rainbow back in there that was really pretty on a 14 prince i tied (first wild one on a fly i tied:D  ) and bronson missed a couple that hit his dry. however this creek is probably devoid of the brookies now due to the drought and to a sedimentation problem. Heck we were even suprised to see the little wild bows and it was even better to fish a little stream that probably hasn't seen a trout fisherman in 15 years or more. In all i only got the one little bow but it was a nice day to just be up in the mountains and hanging out with a nice guy. Thanks Bronson!!!

anyway a couple of pics and a video of creek hopping:huh:
