Was able to get out into the N. Ga mtns today and I'm glad I did. Checked the weather last night, T-storms, today, clear and sunny:D
Drove several hours to the "flint river" (all-by-myself creek) and found the fish cooperative and colorful. Ended up with 6 brookies to hand and a couple more missed. Got some pretty good pictures, one sat still underwater for a while for me to get a couple good shots. All in all a good day to have the Flint all to myself! Fit.

Glad you were able to get some time off work and hit the stream. Haven't seen you around in a while. Don't be such a stranger. Better be careful, though. There is a group of "bums" hanging around here trying to put people's jobs in jeopardy by enticing them to take Fridays off to fish. :yikes:

Looks like a fly attached to a leader. Look at the last posted picture and you can see the line and knot.

it"s an orange colored stimulator fly in it's mouth.
Jeff, I actually had a day off AND! got to go fishing! It's not a very hard place to get to, if you're interested let me know....and remember, to byob, (bring-your-own-blindfold;) )
The camera is a pentax optio w20, last I saw a guy on sefff was selling one at a really good price.
They sure are good looking and very rewarding to catch. Tight lines, Fit.
