Bow River Bugger
A marriage of the Muddler Minnow and the Wooly Bugger. Named after the Bow River in Alberta, Canada.
Hook: Long shank 2-8 (Could have used a longer hook in my tie!)
Thread: Black
Tail: Black marabou with blue flashabou or holographic tinsel
Body: Olive chenille
Hackle: Grizzly palmered over body
Collar: Gray deer body hair (Shown: mule deer)
Head: Clipped gray deer hair with white deer hair (Shown: Bleached caribou) in front cut muddler style

What's the difference between this and a butt monkey?

Recipe for the "Butt Monkey" (Green)
Hook: 4x-6x streamer hook
Tail: Chartruese marabou or green with copper crystal flash
Body: Gold crystal chenille and rust rabbit strip over the back with copper wire
Gills: Pheasant tail and Red dubbing
Head: Tan Sculpin wool
Can change colors of materials to get a different look.
