Any suggestions? I'm usually fishing NE GA so I dont really know that area well. I know the Tellico would like some options.

Thanks

Try the Hiwassee R in Reliance.

Hiwassee is generating most of the day, so you're limited to the morning and late evening for most wading. But it is beautiful spot. I would recommend that, Ocoee is just full of rafters.

From what I understand the Ocoee is dead water. I rafted it a couple times and never saw a fish.

As you drive North out of Copper Hill, look to your right and you will see why :(

Come back upstream to the lower Toccoa to see what a great fishery the Ocoee could have been. Of course you may need to hurry before all the new development silts it in. :)

yabba .... first off long time no see ... hope you are doing real well

if the hiwassee is not an option due to release or whatever you can always go a little farther up the road to the tellico river basin and there are just all kinds of opportunities in that area as well. some rellllllly good fishing in that area.

Hey Enigma...things are well. Just busy.

We took a group rafting this weekend so I was in limited area. I went up earlier and really just did some exploring on some of the feeder creeks to the Ocoee. Let's just say there are some gems around there.
