Grizzz's Trip to San Juan River & Durango Area

Well Gatorbyte has inspired me. I am heading out West too. Sitting here in the Birmingham airport waiting for my plane. Tomorrow I will be fishing the San Juan for the day then heading up to Durango to fish the many streams in the area. I will keep you all posted of my adventures, although I am not sure I am as good a storyteller or picture tacker as the Gator. We will see.

Did the same trip a few years ago. It was great. Fishing the San Juan introduced me to size 30 midges!
You're going to have a blast! In Durango make sure you fish the Animas....it's absolutely beautiful.
