The Theme is DH, DH, DH. Anything DH. Let's see 'em. Same rules apply as previous months.

Here's the rules:

1. Submissions have to be in by the last day of the month
2. A poll to determine the winner will be the first week of the subsequent month.
3. No "photoshop" additions like extra images, but you can do color, level, contrast, etc. type adjustments.
4. Please give your entry a name or title.
5. Bonus Points will be given for adding technical data such as camera used, iso, focal length, camera settings, etc.
5. In order to keep things fair, enter into one of 2 categories:

A: Point and Shoot
B: SLR or large format

here is one of the gear GB used the night he locked his keys in his car after fishing the DH all day, so this is a DH picture.
This is in my SUV since he could not store it in his locked car

In two days on the DH I have only caught two bows, but have caught quite a few browns including this one.

I have to point out the details on RBL's entry... that is Deb's VERY first fish on a fly, after a dozen times fishing with a fly rod!!!!

Nice shots, Mark. A couple of those trees look like they are literally on fire.
I held a protractor up in front of my screen and Skib's arms are almost at 90 degrees. A coincidence? I think not. He's telling us something.

Thanks Jimmy. The leaves this year are amazing, I don't recall a more colorful fall.

Skibum is showing me how big his last trout was. He is a bit of an exaggerator ::ke: :rotfl:

I really wish I could see all th colors of the spectrum. It would make fall such a better time for me. I have never really been all that impressed with leaves changing to be honest, and it must be because of color deficiency. That i a great picture and I can tell the colors are very vibrant, they just dont make that kind of impact in person.

I figured that was how large Skibum's last trout was when I saw the picture the first time.

yeah, the pictures are pretty good so far but mine has to win, so make it happen GB. I need the grand prize.
My picture has the best story to go with it.

I thought we were still on October seeing as how there was never a voting poll for it. Even though GB may dreamt that he put one up I don't think anyone else ever saw it.

Since I clearly dropped the ball on this one, I now ask Jakal to set up the poll for the November thread. Make it happen good friend. I expect it will be done in the next 30 minutes. While we are pointing out my poor memory, it should be noted that I forget to do a December contest. since it is so late, I say we combine December and January and will make Fishnbub responsible for starting that thread.
