Was a nice day out on the Hooch today. Here are a few shots from my morning.

Thanks Craig. The light and fog were so cool in the morning my little point and shoot got more of a workout then my flyrod. I wish some of them had a little better image quality but im pretty nervous to take my DSLR. I am going to have to look at a big Pelican box soon.

Awesome shots! And forget about the Pelican Case because you'll run into a similar problem to the one you're having now - while you're DSLR will be on you, it's only safe if it's in the box! Put it on a parts policy on your homeowner's insurance then shoot away! It'll probably only cost you about $25 a year and there's no deductible... Of course, you can only claim this on a few times before they cancel you...

Thanks David, I added all my gear to the policy this past weekend. I tried a waterproof point and shoot last year (Pentax W80) and was underwhelmed by the image quality so just opted for a regular point and shoot for fishing and take my chances.
I'm usually very careful while actually taking pictures. The problem is when i move! I have a small Pelican for my P&S and will probably pick up one for my DSLR in the near future and drag that with me when i am in the kayak. I feel a lot better now that everything is insured.

Yes, i have had it a couple years now. I love that boat. Not the fastest boat but great for fly fishing. Comfortable to sit or stand. I took a couple of pictures with and without.
