I'm ashamed to admit this, but this is the fifth time I have come back and viewed the pictures of the ribs, etc. Beautiful.

Thanks! To be honest I struggled a long time to figure out how to satisfactorily smoke ribs and get them the way I like them. Ribs were and still are my most difficult cut to get right.
