I don't think I have eaten a fried pie since I moved from Memphis and I have never seen a pecan fried pie. They look delicious. I could tell from the photo your daughter has a high protein, low carb, low fat recipe.

Apples (or in this case, pecans) don't fall far from the tree. You got some good lookin fried pies there.
