What is everyone having tomorrow? I am gonna do a turkey in my new oil-less fryer.We will have greens, blackeyed peas,deviled eggs, potato salad,and what ever the kids bring when they come.

How do you fry without oil?

I bought a Big Easy oil-less fryer from Lowes yesterday. It uses propane and cooks with infrared heat. Supposed to be just like fried only more moist. We shall see. If it does as claimed then it will have paid for itself with the second use.:cross:
