Georgia Women Flyfishers (http://www.fedflyfishers.org/index2.shtml) is a 100% Federation of Fly Fishers (http://www/fedflyfishers.org) affiliated organization.

Georgia Women Flyfishers is a club with the single gender purpose of providing fishing education and stewardship in the sport to women of all ability levels. We offer memberships to individuals (men and women) and families who want to help us encourage women in flyfishing.

We offer clinics, monthly meetings and other opportunities to develop and sharpen skills. We also organize trips to put those skills to work. Club members regularly fish the Chattahoochee River in Atlanta and have traveled to the Hiwassee in Tennessee; Towaliga River and Callaway Gardens in middle Georgia; Dukes Creek, the upper Chattahoochee, the Hiawassee and Fightingtown Creek in north Georgia.

You can email GaWomFly@aol.com for more information.

FlygURL...Grizz pointed me in your direction. Can a SC resident become a member of your group? I ALMOST live in GA..close as you can get without actually living in the state. I fish the Chattooga, Chauga, Nantahala, Hooch, Davidson and Eastatoe. Also a host two nights a week on the FAOL site. Let me know!

We have members in Tennessee, Mississippi, Florida, and Wyoming, as well as Georgia. We welcome anyone as a member. We offer individual memberships as well as family memberships.

If you would like for me to send you some information (newsletter, membership forms, etc), email me your snail mail address and I will forward it along.

I guess from my posts in this and EVENTS forum, you know that we are meeting Monday night. If you are up for the ride, come join us! Bring a fly for the HATch of the Month.
