  • Caught same Hooch brown almost one month later

Normally don't take pics but took the first one on Sep 5 and the second one today. I noticed the dots and they're the same.

I told him to be careful out there the first time and I guess he listened

That is a great fish. You certainly have his number.

In general BT are known for tight home ranges. A few studies on the Chattooga highlight that fact. The BT survey on the BD tailwater conducted by GaDNR several years ago also supported these prior findings.

Can I soak the felt on my wading boots with CDC dressing and walk on water? If so, should I start a church? What should I call it?

      Hey Netboy. Nice brown.

I met you at JB one day earlier this year on the Fulton side of the river near the kayak launch. Good to see you're still catching fish.
Hi my name is Charles and I'm a fishaholic.

Some days I'm the hook and some days I'm the fish.

That's a nice one. How far was he from the 1st place you caught him?

I've caught an older fish twice (Sept /Jan) in the same blow down and caught a tiny one twice (Sept / Feb) that had traveled hundreds of yards. Dont know what that means, if anything.

He was in the same run. And same fly pattern. Hope he makes it back there. He's under a long rock ledge with good cover. And I always get hung up from the weeds on top of the rock.
