...DH season ends...how many vehicles will be at the DH area parking spots for local anglers harvesting DH fish...?

    Blessings!

Ah, yes! Lemon Pepper Day is on the horizon! It's not only the anglers that'll be cleaning 'em out. The stripers will soon be moving up from West Point to Morgan falls and making a meal of it too.
If you have difficulty understanding the post above, read it out loud and it should make sense. This NGTO member is known for his poor hill-billy upbringing and his affinity for all things from Louisiana (particularly if it relates to LSU). It makes for a poor mix of accents and much difficulty in translation. He was doing well for so long, but now seems to have regressed.

Obviously the Hooch DH will be empty since there isn't any fish there.

Poison Ivy and I may go that afternoon, after school and work. We’ve done that trip the last 3 years together on May 15. It’s a Family Tradition.

Maybe some people won’t get fired up like they did last year when Buckman post pics of fish he caught.

...wonder what percentage of stocked DH fish would survive a normal Summer if they don't get caught out...?

                ...Sam...do you have any data...?

                Blessings!

A now retired DNR Biologist posted here once that 90% of stocked trout are dead within a year. That's "stocked trout" not naturally reproducing trout like the Browns in the Hooch.

From what I have seen the last two hours of daylight is not DH right now.

Lol!!! Maybe they will! If so, we will have some fun. Poison Ivy is 11 now, and I think she can handle them.
