  • St. Simons, September

Flood tides earlier this month were exceptional. One day was Epic, with five and six fish tailing at the same time. All the rest were good. We had good tides, and the fish responded.

Flounder and trout fishing is off the charts with clear water. Fishing DOA's, we had several times when it was a trout on every cast.

The last few days have given us strong NE winds and cooler temperatures. The fall fishing has started strong, and will only get stronger as the water cools.

The next set of flood tides is October 4. These are some of the biggest tides of the year. If you want some of the best tailing red fish fishing in the Southeast, come on down.
