  • From the pages of Gink and Gasoline

Gink and Gasoline is a comprehensive blog that publishes a weekly email containing how-to and where-to articles. This comes out every Monday, and covers the world of fly fishing. Louis Cahill has been kind enough to let me post links to some of his articles that address issues encountered by all of us, that I think are worth sharing with NGTO.

As most of us have figured out, learning about fly fishing is a lifetime commitment. Not to mention fun! I urge you to get on Gink and Gasoline’s newsletter mailing list. It will be entertaining and educational.

    Check the website http://www.ginkandgasoline.com/
Click on Newsletter and you’ll be prompted to enter your email address. You’ll be glad you did!

Go to the Blog, Select the Blog Category that suits you, and you have access to many years’ worth of info.

Here are some links I found “share-worthy!”

I just want more photos of April Vokey! Dagmar is hot, but April is hot and she ties flies and she fishes! (And did I mention she's HAWT!)
Thanks to G&G for bringin' her in. (Not so much thanks for bringin' her to town while I was dispatched to Lafayette, Louisiana.)
If you have difficulty understanding the post above, read it out loud and it should make sense. This NGTO member is known for his poor hill-billy upbringing and his affinity for all things from Louisiana (particularly if it relates to LSU). It makes for a poor mix of accents and much difficulty in translation. He was doing well for so long, but now seems to have regressed.
