Tonite it was omelets. Ham, Gouda cheese,and mushrooms. Fried taters and biscuits.

My Dinner

My dinner tonight.

Wife is on the road for a few more days. Needed to branch out from cereal and Subway sandwiches.



From freezer to grill. All cooked in foil.

Salmon with peppers (teriyaki sesame sauce). Green beans with dried cranberries, slivered almonds, olive oil and sea salt.

Great Dinner !

Not only does that food look delicious but healthy as well !! I had some nice "fresh caught" sockeye myself last night that I grilled with fresh herbs from the garden. That beer looks tasty too !
