    Did a pastrami for a friend and a whole packer brisket for us. I did the pastrami Friday afternoon and the brisket Saturday and we ate it today. When I took the brisket off the Akorn,I bent it to fit into the pan and almost separated the point and flat then. I held the whole thing in the fridge until today to prevent it from drying out. I cut up the point into cubes and did burnt ends and sliced the flat and warmed it up in a slow cooker. I also did corn. My wife did slaw and deviled eggs and my daughter in law did baked beans.
