It also doesn't show the Falcon defender grabbing his shoulder on the way down. So - touched by defender and knee on the ground. No TD.

Now as for the 10-second rule; yup that's dumb. Or at least, I don't get it.

His knee bounces off the turf and the defender touch occurred while the pass was still in transition. After the established possession, it was a TD. In the picture no one is touching him. I will say that they should've ran the ball on one of those first two downs from 1st and one, that would have done it.

Well, we will have to agree to disagree. And it is still a W for Atlanta either way.

Now to change topics, I am feeling kind of sorry for Aaron Rodgers today. He has not tasted that much Lambeau frozen tundra since they hired him. The Bengal D has been on him like stink on skata the entire game! I cannot believe the game is as close as it is.

Well, the Lions are not complaining about the call that ended the game. Here is a quote from an article on WSBTV.com including the reason for the 10 second run off rule.

"Had the call on the field been correct initially, the clock would have run out," FOX analyst Dean Blandino, an ex-NFL officiating chief, explained in a tweet: "That's the spirit of the rule."

Lions coach Jim Caldwell agreed that the call was made correctly and the rule was applied properly. He added, though, that Stafford could have taken another snap if the call on the field was made correctly initially that Tate was down inside the 1.

"Certainly," Caldwell said. "We practice it all the time."

I could say that we need to quit all this replay crap in both football and baseball but then we lose that game. I will say, however, that I would pay $10 to watch either game commercial free. Geez Louise at the commercials....

Another one in the bag for the packers. This hit was sickening.

That was pretty brutal! There was a time in the not too distant past where that hit would have been classified as playing "hard nose football".

On a happier note, I got an invite to the Falcons / Bills game on Sunday at the Benz and will be in one of those fully catered field level luxury suites.

It must be nice to run with the 1%ers!

You know, it is actually not as great as it sounds. I can only stomach so much duck liver pate' and caviar and Dom Perignom gives me the vapors.

I'll be somewhere above you. Way up high. I took your and Dave Ramsey's advice and have my suite $$$ going into mutual funds.

That was painful to watch... Without Sanu and Jones, our O looked average at best...

Yeah, things got tough when we lost both Julio and Sanu. But the defense kept us in the game by forcing a few field goals that could have easily been touchdowns. And the offense did move the ball when it had to and the game came down to the final play.

And here is a shot of me at the game. Talk about some freaking great seats! My brother is in the aviation business and the booth belonged to one of his clients who invited us to the game.

And win or lose, I am always good for a shot of the faithful hotties that cheer on our team each and every week. I got to see this nice Ginger up close doing her thing today.

I can't even bring myself to say anything whimsical about the lose today. Bills turnover game was strong.

Sweet fanny pack Buck. I usually wear mine when I'm blowing out tri's at the gym.
