    I haven't fished Mountaintown Creek since they closed off the road, but I don't think it is any big deal to hike into that area. I recall that there are three trails in: one from the ridgetop (most difficult), one from the west (Bear Creek Trail) and one from the east (Zion Hill Rd or William Studer Rd). The second two aren't any more than a mile hike over relatively level ground.

    I was involved with putting in and sampling some of those structures. We electrofished the stream above Hill Lake. I would go back there in an instant.
