  • Weíre lucky to have a trout fishery nearby that still has a lot of secrets and Iíve never been disappointed throwing lines into small streams around here. Even if there arenít trout, you never know when youíll hook into a big gill, creek shoalie, or even a chain pickerel....

  • They MSRP at $250 but you can usually find a pair of the Patagonia Rio Azul waders discounted well below $200 online. Iíve had a pair for 2 years now and theyíve held up well. Theyíre very minimal with one small ziploc pouch inside and a four fly tab on the front.

    Iíll have to check the brand when I get home but my girlfriend bought me a fishing vest a few years back and I much prefer it the sling bag I was borrowing from a buddy at the time. Itís nice having things separated a little more and I feel like it cuts down on the time I spend searching for things....
