JB water levels

How do you fish Jones Bridge when the water level never gets below 2.0 like today? It looks like it will get to 2.0 briefly and then immediately shoot back up. That doesnít look fishable.

Buford dam recording said they were starting up...

Buford dam recording said they were starting up for an hour at seven. The gauge confirmed that release which Iím thinking will get to Jones Bridge by 12:30.

I was at the dam today about 2 oíclock. I noticed on the gauge today at the dam they pulsed just before noon. When they do that do they sound the sirens? The recording said no generation for today....

Repairing waders with cloth lining inside and out

I guess these hip boots are rubber sandwiched between two pieces of cloth. The cloth separated to some degree and I need to patch a hole. Do I cut the cloth away from the rubber to make the repair?...
