Sweet GP. I put the float tube in the hood pond Sunday and did a bit of that. Fun stuff. Even had a crappie take a popper. Nice stringer of panfish but I am glad I don't have to clean them :)

Any experienced trout fisherman could tell by his expression that was a miss on a dry fly. The look to the sky gives it away. A streamer miss is more of a thrashing of the rod at the water.

Nice report. Keep the black wooly on, make sure you don't substitute a chartreuse beaded black leech for it. If you fish the leech with a BHHE you could morph into RScott and become curmudgeonly.
